RideShare Platform
Post your trip — drivers bid to drive you
RideShare on TradeLink Hub works differently from a fixed-fare app — riders post trip requests and drivers bid to drive you. TradeLink Hub verifies riders and drivers centrally; the RideShare Platform marketplace hosts those requests, bids, and trip messaging with the same SSO used across home and trade services.
This hub overview introduces the RideShare Platform in the broader TradeLink network. Visit the rideshare subdomain for complete details, FAQs, and marketplace entry. Whether you need a local ride or want to earn as a driver, your Hub account is the single sign-on for the rideshare app.
RideShare Is Not a Transportation Service
RideShare is a neutral, two-way marketplace pipeline that provides software tools for clients and independent transportation businesses (chauffeurs, drivers, or transportation companies) to find one another, communicate, and arrange commerce directly.
TradeLink Hub, Titan Application Development, LLC, and its related platforms are not and shall never be considered:
- A transportation carrier, common carrier, or transportation network company (TNC)
- A broker, dispatcher, or agent for any business or driver
- An employer, joint employer, or partner of any business or driver
- An insurer, guarantor, or party to any agreement between a client and a business
- Responsible for the selection, vetting, supervision, or conduct of any business or driver
We do not own, operate, lease, or control any vehicles. We do not set fares, dispatch drivers, or control how, when, or whether any trip is performed. All transportation services are performed solely by independent businesses at their own discretion and under their own operational control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither TradeLink Hub nor Titan Application Development, LLC shall be liable for any accidents, injuries, death, property damage, losses, delays, disputes, or other harm arising before, during, or after any trip arranged through RideShare. Any such matter is solely and exclusively between the client and the independent business involved.
The Platform does not conduct criminal background screenings, DMV driving history checks, or real-time commercial insurance verification on any business or driver. Clients are solely responsible for inspecting and verifying a business’s active commercial liability insurance, driver’s licenses, and local operating permits before accepting a bid or starting a job.

Frequently asked questions
- Is TradeLink RideShare a transportation company like Uber or Lyft?
- No. RideShare is a neutral marketplace that connects riders with independent drivers and transportation businesses. TradeLink Hub does not own vehicles, employ drivers, set fares, or provide transportation services. All trips are arranged directly between you and the independent business you choose.
- How is RideShare bidding different from other apps?
- Riders describe the trip; drivers submit bids rather than accepting a fixed algorithmic price. You compare driver profiles and offers before confirming.
- Who is responsible for safety, licensing, and insurance?
- Independent drivers and ride businesses are solely responsible for performing transportation legally and safely. TradeLink does not conduct background checks or verify insurance in real time. Clients must verify licensing and commercial insurance before accepting a bid.
- Do drivers use the same Hub account as trade businesses?
- Drivers complete TradeLink Hub verification, then access the RideShare Platform marketplace to view requests and submit bids through SSO.
